True Romance is this fantastic movie (but thats obvious since Quentin Tarantino wrote the script). These are the 'starring' characters: Clarence and Alabama.

The movie is about Clarence, who sells comics, and Alabama, and ex-callgirl, who fall in love and get married in just a few days. But when Clarence wants to pick up some stuff Alabama left at her 'boss', a big fighting scene comes up and there's a lot of shooting. Clarence grabs Alabama's suitcase and drives right back home. Back home, it turnes out Clarence grabbed the wrong suitcase; instead of Alabama's clothes, he stole a suitcase filled with cocaine. Being followed by the maffia, they have to get rid of the cocaine (by selling it) as fast as they can. Its this great story with a whole lot of action and fighting and shooting, but its also funny and just great!


I looooooved making this one (I just got some new markers!), because the style is a bit different than what I usually do. Its probably because of the dark, black shading; I really like how that came out! I also think that, especially Clarence, is more realistic than what I usually do (its less anime/manga-style). I really like Alabama's pose, too. XD Oh, the red is not her tongue but her lip, but I ruined that part a bit. Ah well.
The jacket of Clarence was a lot of work; I finished Alabama in about 2 hours, but getting Clarence's jacket right also took me about 2 hours.
